The Accountant MCP application ("the Application") is a private, internal-use tool operated by Tam Nguyen ("the Developer") solely for bookkeeping of businesses owned and operated by the Developer.
The Application is not offered to the public. There are no end users other than the Developer. This document exists only to satisfy third-party platform requirements (Intuit Developer Portal compliance).
The Application is provided as-is. The Developer makes no warranty of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, or accuracy of derived financial information. The Developer is solely responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.
The Developer accepts no liability for any consequence of using the Application, since the Developer is the only user and the only party affected.
The Application accesses QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 API and complies with Intuit's developer terms of service.
